Patricia West Del-Ruth is currently the producer/host of "Creative Cafe" and "Cinema Scene", television programs based on interviewing top professionals in the film and television industry: Producers, Directors, Screenwriters, Actors, Editors, Cinematographers and Motion Picture Composers.
For more than two decades, Patricia West-Del Ruth has been active in the role of manager for husband Thomas Del Ruth, A.S.C., award-winning cinematographer (Stand By Me, Mighty Ducks, The Breakfast Club, ER, The X-Files, TheWest Wing, etc.). While managing Tom's successful career and raising their two sons, Patricia attained a master's degree in psychology.
